Floor Carton Stand – Single-level carton organization unit designed for limited floor space. Provides storage for 48 x 48” cartons and smaller. Floor Carton Stand can be used as a static fixture or provided with casters for easy mobility.
Two Level Open Carton Stand – Provides two levels of carton storage. The height of the second level is adjustable to accommodate larger cartons at the base level. Both levels are open frame—eliminating dust and corrugated build up. Carton stand can be built with or without wheels.
Two Level Closed Carton Stand – Provides two levels of carton storage. The second level is a solid closed shelf, adjustable in height to accommodate larger cartons on the base level. Conveniently and safely store smaller cartons and supplies on the upper level. Carton stand can be built with or without wheels.
Over-Conveyor Carton Storage – Utilize vertical space above the conveyor for carton and supply storage. These units are built-to-order based on conveyor specifications, clearance above conveyor requirements, and the items to be stored. Units can be configured and designed around obstacles like E-Stops, motor housing, conduits, outlets, and other obstacles along conveyors. Designed for easy access by packers, access to cartons is provided from both sides of the conveyance. Sections can be free standing or in longer connected runs based on the space and storage requirements.
Custom Design Organization and Storage Cart - Designed to your specific requirements, these carts are heavy duty, can be static or mobile, provide flexibility to evolve as your supply requirements change over time.
